My latest project, the Trybal Gratitude Journal, is a culmination of a lifetime of practice, failure, and more practice. It feels great to be able to share some concepts and rituals I have developed to live my authentic life. This is a unique gratitude journal. It is an actual hardbound book. I’m going to attempt to use it every day in 2018.

You start each day filling in the top half of each page which has a place for you to write what you are grateful for, your intention for the day and your supporting behaviors. The 2nd half of each page has a place to reflect and check in at the end of the day.

In the past, I have tried a year-long journal attempt but have always fizzled after a few month. The journals didn’t seem to hold up and started to look very worn. This journal seems like it might survive due to its hardbound cover.
