The “book” part of this book is very short. It begins with 8 “chapters” that are not really chapters. They are each only about 2 pages long. Those chapters are then followed by 50 recipes.
I make a lot of green smoothies. For a while I was having one everyday until I grew tired of them and started to mix things up a little. I’ve tried lots of different green smoothie recipes and combinations and this book has some great ones. Over half the recipes are very practical and similar to what I have already tried. While you probably won’t find me trying the Edamame Almond, Broccoli & Carrot or Gazpacho smoothies the Mango Bliss, Chocolate Fudge & Tropical Green Smoothie recipes are right up my alley.
This book is well formatted. You can click to each recipe from the table of contents making it easy to get to just the recipe you want. There is also nutritional information at the end of each recipe.
