There is not much information in this book. It is mainly just recipes. I was expecting more information on eating clean instead of this basically just being a recipe book.
This book attempts to define what “clean eating” is but my definition of clean eating is little different on a few things. This is a vegetarian recipe book. There are a few recipes that look and sound amazing but many of them do not appeal to my palate. I’m not a fan a tofu and quite a few recipes were tofu based.
