Cheryls review

This is a fun, light read that is a prequel to the “Camp Boyfriend” series. I read these out of order and this might be my favorite one so far. Perhaps because the characters were younger and a bit more innocent.

This story of first love is refreshingly sweet. So fun to see these lively characters full of personality come together for the first time. I learned so much more about Seth’s character. I am now looking forward to more of his story that will be released this summer in the new book “Camp Crush.” If you haven’t read it yet, you need to read “Camp Boyfriend” before “Camp Crush” to get the full story.

These stories all show teens trying to learn to relate to one another and their families on a variety of levels. They come to camp and have the opportunity to break out of the mold they fit into at school. They learn about themselves as they have fun and build new relationships. I highly recommend this series!

Rating: 4.5 stars – Highly Recommend!
Content: Several times of taking the Lord’s name in vain scattered throughout
