The 7 Habits appear counter-intuitive when you first glance at them but as you read through the book you learn that they are spot on.

~Stop hoping to find friends.
~Don’t try to be happy.
~Don’t try to get help with your problems.
~Don’t endure to the end.
I highly recommend this gem of a book for anyone who is looking for more happiness in their life.
