Book Summary:

A little girl finds a penny and shows it to her Grandma. As only a Grandma would, she uses this simple moment to tell her granddaughter just how much “Grandma loves her.” With each passing year the girl realizes Grandma’s overflowing love is always with her. Every Grandmother will want to share this warm, heartfelt story with her grandchildren. A grandmother’s warm, never-ending love transcends generations.

We’ve likely all heard the saying find a penny, pick it up, all day long you’ll have good luck.  This sweet story has a grandmother telling her granddaughter that every time she finds a penny to know that she loves her.  The story follows the the young girl as she grows and her jar fills and overflows with pennies that reminder her of her grandmother’s love.
This would be such a wonderful tradition to start with children or grandchildren.  A beautiful book that would be a perfect book for any grandparent to give their young grandchildren to remind them they are loved.

Rating: 5 Stars – I loved it.
