If you could travel in a Time Machine would you go back to the past or into the future?
I’d go into the future just to…well I’m 27, single and unemployed, wouldn’t you want to hit the fast forward button on this sucker?

If you were stranded on a desert island what 3 things would you want with you?
My Bible, Ipod, can a female be considered a “thing”? Well whats the point of being on a deserted island if you’re alone?

If you could meet one person who has died who would you choose?
Call me crazy, but anyone of the Three Stooges or maybe John Ritter.

Please tell us in one sentence only, why we should read your book.
Its only 50 pages aha

Any other books in the works? Goals for future projects?
I like to write about real life stories. Their fiction, but with some truth to it. I am working on the sequel to The Hopeless Christiantic, as well as a book that some may deem as controversial called: Forbidden Love: When 20 falls for 15. Another christian romance, but this one I have to write very carefully.

What inspired you to want to become a writer?
What, you mean besides unemployment? I always had a thing for writing. It didn’t always make sense, but I got complimented a lot on my essays. I have so many ideas. I figured why not. I am not a story teller. I wanted to write a story book years ago, but could never figure out how. Then one day I just started writing things down and I must say for my first book. The Hopeless Christiantic turned out way better than I thought.

Tell us your most rewarding experience since being published.
The look of surprise people have. Usually I get looks of disapproval and disappointment, but this book brought joy. Many people were congratulating me. It’s a great feeling when you do something no one else around you has done.

What was your favorite book when you were a child/teen?
Goosebumps. As you can se eon my blog I review every Goosebumps book I read. I plan o read the entire collection as an adult.

When you were little, what did you want to be when you “grew up”?
Attractive…I still have some growing to do!

If a movie was made about your life, who would you want to play the lead role and why?
I, of course would star as “Das” Having it written in first person, who better to play the part than “the still looking like a teenager” me? Jessica is a feisty girl. I’ve thought about Reese Witherspoon or even Christina Ricci. They both have shown that feistiness in past movies. Clearly I don’t keep up with the latest films. The rest of the cast ..I don’t know enough Hollywood stars to pick on for each.

How did you know you should become an author?
Well as you will read in my second book “Down the Drain and Out the Gutter: the Story of my Life.” I talk about my lifes failures. When i started to write this book. It was my goal to finish it and get it published. Come hell or high water I was going to get this sucker published/ So, I could proudly say I have succeeded in something and am an author.

Can you see yourself in any of your characters?
There is a little bit of me in all my main lead characters. Especially DAS from this book. Das just happens to be my nickname and writing it in first person I saw myself in him.

How do you react to a bad review?
It depends what their mentioning in their review. I really hate biased reviews. For example, if a person is not a Christian, yet reads a Christian book and leaves them a bad review because it is Christian. I can’t stand that. I’ve received some negative feedback, but they had no grounds, in which case I’d prefer the reader contact me and ask me before they leave a review.

You have won one million dollars what is the first thing that you would buy?
Buy? I’d have nothing left after the bills are paid!

Favorite music?
Gospel. It keeps me sane.
