If you could travel in a Time Machine would you go back to the past or into the future?
Definitely the past! I love the attire that I could have gotten away with back then. I don’t want to see myself any older then I am right now! LOL.
What is one book everyone should read?
THE B-I-B-L-E!!! It’s really good.
If you could have any superpower what would you choose?
I would LOVE to be able to snap my fingers like Mary Poppins and have my whole house cleaned in a matter of seconds. Better yet, I would love for my children to possess this power. That would be Heaven!
If you could meet one person who has died who would you choose?
Definitely Jesus…no one else could ever compare.
Night owl, or early bird?
Both-there is something seriously wrong with me?
One food you would never eat?
Please tell us in one sentence only, why we should read your book.
Mommy Whispers is truly about the appreciation of being blessed with a little girl of your own to nurture, care for, and love unconditionally.
Any other books in the works? Goals for future projects?
”There’s Just Something About a Boy,” will release this fall. I have two little boys and had to write something just for them as well.
Tell us your most rewarding experience since being published.
I have had many blessings since the books publication but the one that sticks out in mind the most would be from a reviewer who now uses the reoccurring phrase fromt the book as a special moment that she shares with her daughter each day. That was amazing to hear!
What was your favorite book when you were a child/teen?
The Giving Tree by Shell Silverstein. I still adore this book because the message it delivers is not JUST for kids, but for adults too.
If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be?
Well, Idaho is pretty beautiful but I would have to say San Luis Obispo, California. I have some pretty great memories of that place and it’s simply gorgeous.
What is your favorite Quote?
This has changed throughout the years but I have to say that a verse I love the most is Jer 29:11
How do you react to a bad review?
I cry, throw a fit, slight temper tantrum, and then I’m okay. Not everyone is going to like your work-you just have to learn not to take it personally. This is extremely hard to do.
If you were a super hero what would your kryptonite be?
What do you do in your free time?
HAHAHAHA!!! You said “free time!” I write when I have time to myself and scrapbook.
If someone wrote a book about your life, what would the title be?
Confessions of a Wonder Woman Wanna-Be
What TV show/movie/book do you watch/read that you’d be embarrassed to admit?
Real Housewives of New Jersey. Did I just admit that? Oy!
