Blog Tour: Book Review: The Touch of the Master’s Hand illustrated by Greg Newbold

Then, wiping the dust from the old violin,
And tightening the loose strings,
He played a melody pure and sweet
As a caroling angel sings.

I have long love the poem The Touch of the Master’s Hand. I’ve read it many times and have even seen a short movie adaptation. I jumped when I had the chance to review this illustrated picture book version of the classic poem.

I loved this book.  Beautiful pictures bring the poem to life.  This picture book does not disappoint.  It teaches a great lesson and I’m excited to share this story with my children.
